A New Mortgage Loan Program Launched in K.K.T.K.

A new mortgage loan program has been launched in K.K.T.K. for citizens who do not have registered housing in their name, their spouse’s name, or their children under 18. The program is intended for families with an income of up to 250,000 Turkish lira and offers favorable conditions.

The maximum loan amount is 2,200,000 Turkish lira. The repayment period can be up to 120 months with equal monthly installments. The interest rate is set at 1.75 percent per month, equivalent to 21 percent annually. There are no additional fees or hidden charges. The program includes tax benefits and exemptions from certain costs. The maximum share of the property’s value that can be financed through the loan is 80 percent.

Applications can be submitted to the following banks: Albank, Asbank, Bankmare, Creditwest, Economy Bank, Capital Bank, Cooperative Central Bank, Vakıflar Bank, Limassol Turkish Cooperative Bank, Novabank, Ziraat Bank, Halk Bank, İş Bank, Turkish Bank, Universal Bank, Near East Bank.

The program aims to support citizens looking to purchase their own homes under favorable conditions.
