The government of North Cyprus has opened the country's new beaches. This week new beach 300 meters in length was officially opened in Karaoglanoglu. The Government of Northern Cyprus turned its attention to the lack of free beaches, and concentrated on making all beaches of Northern Cyprus free of charge. Esentepe municipality was given a new Alagadi beach and in Kyrenia region, near Antis Taverna, also opened a new beach this week.
