The first church service in Famagusta in the last 57 years filmed by National Geographic

For the time in 57 years service took place in the Nestorian Church in Famagusta. Attended by 1,000 people, the service was held on 8th of December.

Construction of water pipe project from Turkey to North Cyprus continues

Second section of the water pipeline, which is three kilometers long, has been submerged into the waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The project, the first of its kind, is being conducted between Turkey and North Cyprus, to supply the latter with fresh drinking water.
